Recipe | Soy Sauce and Lemon Chicken Stir Fry

9 times out of 10 I will order a chicken dish when I am eating at a restaurant. I love chicken in food. This is a recipe that I put together that combines a few of my favourite cooking ingredients, and it very simple to cook.

Here is a simple recipe for the delicious dish show above. It combines so many of my favourite flavours and is my own take on a traditional chicken and noodle dish. It takes very little time to cook, and it is super fresh and tasty!

  • Singapore Noodles
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 large white onion
  • 1 sachet of Blue Dragon Lemon Stir Fry Sauce


1. Dice chicken into small cubes and place in a small bowl with soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.

2. Leave the chicken to marinade for 15 minutes.

3. Chop up one large white onion.

4. Heat up a small amount of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and cook the chicken until it it white all the way through.

5. Add the noodles and cook through.

6. Add one large white onion that has been chopped up and cook.

7. Stir in one sachet of Blue Dragon Lemon Stir Fry Sauce until hot.

8. Serve.
